When I talk to potential home buyers about buying a home, the three categories for decision-making we look at are:
- Location
- Type Of House
- Price Range
You can choose 1-2 of these, but you can’t necessarily get your wish for all three at once.
If you feel you MUST be in downtown Seattle with 2-bedrooms, chances are you’ll be in a million-dollar condo and not a single family home with an acre of land.
If you CAN’T pay more than $500,000; you likely won’t get that 3,000 sq ft house with a pool within city limits. We do our best to work with people in every price range and every situation, and we EDUCATE our clients so they can find the best COMBINATION of factors that makes their house a WIN for them!
