Q:  Are you a real estate agent?
A:  Yes – at HomePro Associates, we are licensed agents who are held to the highest standard by our professional legal code, the law, and Washington State, in addition to our own personal values. Q:  Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?
A:  Great question. We are BOTH real estate agents and cash buyers – so it is YOUR CHOICE of how you’d like to get your home sold. Q:  How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A:  This is a great question to ask, and it’s important for us that you understand our process so you can know that it is fair – we want it to be a win for you – and obviously we have to make a profit or we can’t stay in business. Our process is very straightforward. We look at the location of the property, what repairs are needed, the current condition of the property, and values of comparable houses sold in the area. Plus, we factor in all the transaction costs – WE will be paying those legal fees, taxes and closing taxes for you (as well as our side) when we buy the house, as well as when we sell. Usually these fees along are 5-10% of the value of the home. We take many pieces of information into consideration… and come up with a fair price that works for us and works for you, too.

Q:  Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
A: No. Our goal is to put money INTO your pocket, not take it out.
