Visiting The Broadmoor Neighborhood
I recently previewed several homes for sale in the Broadmoor neighborhood, looking at comps for another multi-million dollar home I planned to list in Madison Park. Entering the facility you’ll find a manned guard station where you have to ask permission to come into the community. From there, you drive in past the beautiful golf course on your left. There are many beautiful older homes in the neighborhood, but the lot sizes tend to be fairly small. The owners of the home I was visiting were moving, but staying within Broadmoor, just moving to a different house within the development. How’s that for a high customer satisfaction rating?

I Knew A Guy Who Lived In Broadmooor, Once…
For a special high school dance, I went on a date with a lovely boy from my school who lived in Broadmoor. Before the school dance, he and a pal took another girl and me to dinner at the top of the Columbia Tower – the tallest building in Seattle – who should I run into in the Elevator but renowned local glass artist Dale Chihuly! I recognized him because of his eye patch. I tried to be frugal at this fancy restaurant and order a salad, but my benevolent companion encouraged me to eat a real meal so when the server came over I panicked and ordered the lobster! I have to say, it was very good! 🙂 I bet the waiter wishes I would come back again.
