After the death of their parents, these sellers were pretty broken up and had to work together to organize the sale in addition to managing their everyday lives. This Lynnwood home garnered over 22 offers with our marketing plan, and we were able to create a “paper auction” which elevated the offer price by more than the entire listing commission.

Adam and Letty decided to move out of their home (along with their kids and pets) so they could really get it ready to put on the market. They rented a home nearby while they fixed up the paint and flooring – making this house shine.
