Last Days Of Summer Were Awesome.
Welcome: Autumn!
Wow! We have had such nice weather this September! I needed the extra sun! I hope you are finding moments to sneak outside and catch some rays while the sun is still sticking around.
I have not even needed a pumpkin spice latte yet, although I did succumb to making lentil soup and pea soup in the crock pot! We are still keeping our windows open and there’s been no temptation to turn on the heat thus far.
Amazing! I am grateful for each dry day!

No National Decline.
Home Prices Are Not Dropping.
They’re Just Growing More Slowly Than We’re Used To.
Wondering what’s happening with home prices? You’re not alone.
If you’re a buyer, you might worry about overpaying, while sellers could be concerned about meeting their price goals.
Right now, home price growth is slowing, but that doesn’t mean prices are dropping. They’re still increasing, just at a more moderate pace compared to the rapid rise seen in recent years.
Inventory is rising, but there still aren’t enough homes available to keep up with demand, which is helping sustain price growth.
As mortgage rates are expected to decline, more buyers may return to the market, which could influence prices further.
