Real Estate Case Study: Beautiful Home Just Won’t Sell

Hi Emily,

Emily - Real Estate Agent and Investor
I helped Sandy and Monica in my capacity as a real estate investor and was able to take over their house at a pretty high price because they let me buy it on “terms.”

Quick note here to let you know how much we’ve enjoyed working with you.  When we first got together with you we’d had our house on the market with a realtor and were kicking ourselves for not having gotten our house sold.  Even though we didn’t have much equity in the place, it was in GREAT shape and just a beautiful home.  We knew we’d have to pay the realtor a little something out of our pocket to get the house sold, but that was OK with us, we just wanted to move on so we could get into our new home, which was closer to Sandy’s job in Charlotte.

Since you leased the house from us and started making payments last year, the house has been kept in great shape and you send us the check on time or early each month, which we really appreciate.

We hope you are able to get the house sold quickly, but the waiting is not too bad.  We much prefer waiting for our old house to sell from the vantage point of our new home in Lexington.

All the best to you, and please keep in touch!

Sincerely,

Sandy and Monica D.
Winston-Salem, NC
