The open house I posted today in Everett, WA was packed! We had people waiting at the door to get in, but everybody got through and we had an offer submitted this evening!
It was great to be out with all the people and the rain even cleared to show some of the fantastic view at this property.
I had a chance to talk to a lot of home buyers who were out looking and so afterward, I put together some Home Buyer tips for folks who might be taking a look at open houses, and want to ward off pushy realtors (not me… I’m very low pressure), and be prepared to jump into action should they finally find the property of their dreams!
