🏠 Emily’s support has been invaluable… 🔑👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

It was our first time buying a house in the US. As first-time home buyers, we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into, and Emily was able to teach us a LOT – we really, really appreciated her support. Emily’s support has been invaluable. We had a lot of questions and she was always quick to answer, both politely and promptly, our many questions via text message. She is also a skilled communicator and arrived before us at viewings, asking the residents for information such as the HOA and the area around the house, researching everything she could find. She was very honest with us after each viewing, which allowed us to preview several different properties and ultimately purchase the house we are in now. I would recommend Emily for ANYONE who is looking to buy a home due to her vast professional experience, knowledge, and compassion! (I used a translator for this. I hope it is ok )

🏠 Emily worked tirelessly for us! 🎉👌

We highly recommend Emily Cressey. My wife and I are first-time buyers, looking for a condominium in the Kent area. Emily worked tirelessly for us, starting by educating us on the process, touring homes with us, and working to construct our offers. She was always available to talk and answer our questions, and left no stone unturned in the inspection of the properties we considered. She did all the heavy lifting in communicating with the HOA, listing agents, and our mortgage broker, and definitely went above and beyond what we had expected a top realtor would do for us. She was a constant source of encouragement and experience in a very emotionally intense process. We had an excellent time working with Emily, and plan to work with her again in the future. We strongly recommend.

Testimonials

Emily helped me craft a winning offer that beat out higher bids.

Emily Cressey is an outstanding real estate agent. As a first-time buyer in West Seattle, I couldn’t have asked for better service. She guided me through 11 properties, helped me craft a winning offer that beat out higher bids, and we closed in just over 2 weeks. Her experience as both a Realtor and investor was invaluable, especially since I wanted a property with rental potential. Emily was always patient, professional, and made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend Emily to anyone looking for a knowledgeable real estate agent in the Seattle area.
