Sold my condo in a month after 6 months without an offer.
After having my condo on the market for more than 6 months without an offer I discovered a new realtor to assist in selling my condo in Kenmore. Emily was very fact based and very clear as to how she would proceed to sell in a very depressed housing market. Within one week of being on the market, I had more folks tour my condo than I had in the previous six months. Her photographer and stager were outstanding. As a result, she sold my condo in a month. On top of Emily’s experience as a realtor she is a very pleasant and enjoyable person to with which to work. Most definately 5 stars!
