Your Mill Creek Real Estate Agent

Mill Creek Real Estate Agent: Emily Cressey

By Emily Cressey, Broker, HomePro Associates at Keller Williams Greater Seattle. Updated October 2026.

Mill Creek is a planned community just north of Bothell, and it is one of the most polished suburbs in Snohomish County. I have spent plenty of time at Mill Creek Town Center, including a fun visit to Azul.

I help buyers and sellers in Mill Creek and the surrounding unincorporated areas understand the neighborhoods, the HOAs and the schools.

What Is Mill Creek Really Like?

Mill Creek sits between Bothell, Lynnwood and Everett, with quick access to I-5 and I-405. It was built as a planned community around a golf course, and it shows: tidy streets, lots of trees, walking paths and HOAs that keep things looking sharp. Mill Creek Town Center is the heart of the city, with restaurants, shops and events.

How I Help Mill Creek Sellers

Mill Creek buyers expect a home that looks as sharp as the neighborhood. I help you prepare, stage and present your home so it stands out, and I price it against the right comparable sales, whether you are inside city limits or in the unincorporated area.

How I Sell Your Home: The A-PLUS Method

Every listing I take follows the same five steps. It is the system I wrote up in my free A-PLUS seller guide, and it is how I keep a sale organized when life is anything but.

A: Assess

We walk the house together, talk about your timeline and your bottom line, and look at what similar homes actually sold for.

P: Prepare

Cleaning, paint, repairs that affect financing, and staging. I have contractors who will wait to be paid at closing.

L: Launch

Professional photos, video, the MLS, social media and my email list, all going live on the same day.

U: Urgency

Pricing and showing schedules designed to bring buyers in at the same time so they compete.

S: Sell

I negotiate the offers, the inspection and the appraisal, and I stay with you through closing.

Curious What You Would Walk Away With?

Try my seller net proceeds calculator, then book a call and I will walk you through a real net sheet for your home.

Mill Creek Real Estate Questions

Is Mill Creek a good place to live?

For many families, yes. It is clean, well-planned and close to good schools. It is car-dependent and a long commute to downtown Seattle.

Which school district serves Mill Creek?

Most of Mill Creek is in the Everett School District, and Jackson High School serves much of the area. Confirm for each address.

Do all Mill Creek homes have an HOA?

Most do. Dues and rules vary, so I always review the HOA documents with my buyers.

What is the difference between Mill Creek and unincorporated Mill Creek?

Some homes have a Mill Creek mailing address but are outside city limits, in unincorporated Snohomish County. That can affect services and taxes.

What other areas do you serve?

I serve King, Pierce and Snohomish Counties, including Mill Creek, Bothell, Lynnwood and Everett.
