What’s Happening In The Seattle Area This Weekend? | May 20

Hey there Seattle!

Wondering what’s going on this weekend? I made it to Costco this week and bought some leggy tomato plants for the garden!  I have been so busy this spring, I am falling behind on my planting.  My kids area eating June Berries and chives and we got the tomatoes in… But thank goodness for perennials… the raspberries are looking big, green and a little bit jungly!

What are YOU doing this weekend?  I would love to hear what you are up to!

1) Online: Pet Extravaganza and Appreciation Event

Do you have a wonderful furry, feathered or scaly friend you’d love to introduce to new friends from the safety of your home?  Join other pet owners online for this special pet event. The Tacoma public library is hosting an online event where you can meet others and hear about their pets and show off your own!  Tell that special story that makes everyone laugh or realize how awesome they are! If your pet has crossed the rainbow bridge (passed away), honor them by showing off a photo or a drawing and share their story.  If time allows after the parade of pets, we’ll enjoy activities all about animals!

FEATURED OFF-MARKET PROPERTY

Avoid the bidding wars and buy a property that is NOT listed on the MLS.

You guys know that because of my investor background, I am willing to find creative ways to get the job done.  I have recently teamed up with a local investor who is always looking for off-market deals.  When they lock up a deal under contract, I will have the opportunity to share it with you to see if it’s something you might be interested in.  These are often in need of a little TLC or have tenants, but not always.  There are also sometimes multi-family homes – like a duplex or triplex.  If you are looking for something a little different… let me know!  We may be able to find an off-market property to suit your needs.

  • 3 beds, 1.5 baths
  • 920 Sf, 875 SF lot
  • The only stand-alone single-family home available within a 1 mile radius for less than $800,000.

3 story house with a rooftop deck in very convenient location to the amenities of University Village, Magnuson Park and Matthews Beach.
