Selling “as-is” can be a great solution for people who don’t have the time, money, or energy to fix up their homes before putting them on the market. The disadvantage is you may not get as much profit from the sale of your house.

If you don’t have the cash upfront to do repairs, that’s okay. We work with contractors who will handle all the repairs for you (including management of the contractors) and you can wait to pay them until the property finally sells on the open market. Although it takes a little more time, this is often the best way to earn the most profit on your home sale.
