Home Prices Still Growing – Now At A “Normal” Pace
What impact is the economy having on home prices?
Nationally prices aren’t falling, it’s just that price growth is beginning to normalize.
In Seattle, we have seen softening prices over the last half of the year, we are down 4% from where we were at this time last year.
In King County overall, we are within 1% of last year’s prices.
Now that interest rates are coming down a bit, I expect to see housing prices rise, in response.
